Labour intermediation: provides contacts between people who are seeking employment and the people who offer it, with the aim of satisfying the needs and interests of both sides. The Agency offers the job-seeker the opportunity to join the labour market. At the same time, if offers the enterprises a resource to search for candidates, making recruitment processes easier.
Labour orientation: process of accompaniment in which the agent works together with the job-seeker, participating in his individual plan of insertion, to enhance his/her employability possibilities.
Formative orientation: as part of the activities belonging to the individual plan of insertion, orientation sessions are designed and planned in order to reinforce the job-seeker´s competences. The aim of such formative actions is to acquire socio-labour competences and skills for the fulfilment of future jobs.
